Biography
Dr. Liang Fu is an Assistant Professor at the Mennonite College of Nursing, Illinois State University. His research focuses on improving the well-being of individuals with cancer and their caregivers through supportive care, implementation science, and biological research. He integrates metabolomics into personalized nutrition and symptom management, particularly for patients with gastric cancer. Dr. Fu is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the Midwest Nursing Research Society.
Teaching Interests & Areas
Dr. Fu has taught at the baccalaureate level, specializing in Research and Theory for Evidence-Based Practice, Adult Nursing I Clinicals, and Health Assessment of the Adult Lab.
